Compete \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Obras, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Sa\u00fade e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos opinar nas mat\u00e9rias referentes a quaisquer obras, empreendimentos e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos locais e ainda sobre assuntos ligados \u00e0s atividades produtivas em geral, o\ufb01ciais ou particulares.</span><br /><br /><span>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. A Comiss\u00e3o de Obras, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Sa\u00fade e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos opinar\u00e1, tamb\u00e9m, sobre a mat\u00e9ria de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, troca, permuta e aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de bens im\u00f3veis e sobre o Plano de Desenvolvimento do Munic\u00edpio e suas altera\u00e7\u00f5es.</span><br /><br /><span>Art. 127. A Comiss\u00e3o de Obras, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Sa\u00fade e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos manifestar-se-\u00e1 em todos os projetos e mat\u00e9rias que versem sobre assuntos educacionais, art\u00edsticos, inclusive patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico, desportivos e relacionados com a sa\u00fade, o saneamento, a assist\u00eancia e a previd\u00eancia social em geral.</span><br /><br /><span>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. A Comiss\u00e3o de Obras, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Sa\u00fade e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos apreciar\u00e1 obrigatoriamente as proposi\u00e7\u00f5es que tenham por objetivo:</span><br /><br /><span>I - concess\u00e3o de bolsas de estudo;</span><br /><span>II - reorganiza\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa da Prefeitura nas \u00e1reas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00fade;</span><br /><span>III - implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de centros comunit\u00e1rios, sob ausp\u00edcio o\ufb01cial;</span><br /><span>IV - regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos e conselhos na \u00e1rea de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Sa\u00fade;</span><br /><span>V - concess\u00e3o, permiss\u00e3o de uso de bens p\u00fablicos e regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o de cemit\u00e9rios p\u00fablicos e privados.</span></p>", "author_name": "", "version": "1.0", "author_url": "https://www.goiana.mg.leg.br/author/adm", "provider_name": "C\u00e2mara Municipal de Goian\u00e1", "type": "rich"}
